How do I place an order?
- You may go to the store located at The Collective, 7274 Malugay Street, San Antonio Village, Makati City between 12noon-9pm Tuesday to Saturdays.
- You may confirm through email. Just fill out this form and then we'll email you a quotation.
Do I need to make a deposit? Where do I pay?
Yes, we require a 50% downpayment paid directly via cash/cheque to our BPI account or cash/credit card paid directly at the shop.
How will you get my measurements?
We prefer that you go to the shop for us to get your measurements. It’ll help get you that perfect fit!
How long will it take to make my costume?
Three weeks from the time that we finalize your order. We need the downpayment, final design (and any specifications) and your measurements. We will contact you once the costume is at the store for pick up.
Do I get to schedule a fitting for my costume?
Please schedule a first fitting for your costume. First fitting should be scheduled two or three weeks (depending on timeline given) after down payment has been made and measurements have been taken. If no repairs are needed during the first fitting, you may take your costumes home with you! However, if adjustments need to be made, we will have the costume back in store for final pick up three full days after the first fitting. (Ex. If first fitting is done on a Monday, final pick up will be the following Friday.)
Do you do rush orders?
Let us know what you need and we’ll let you know if our production team can accommodate it. We do charge an additional rush fee of 500 php for orders. Best to have your orders in way advance (especially during peak seasons – Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s) to make sure that we can make something for you.
Can you ship the items to me?
Yes, we use Xend to ship within the country for an additional fee. Kindly refer to the website for their rates.
Do you offer discounts?
It’s more fun if your friends dress up with you! That’s why we offer a 10% discount for group costumes (order must be confirmed at the same time) on cash payments.
