RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not allow returns, however, we allow exchanges within 24 Hours of purchase provided there are no damages to the costumes when returned to the store. We do not accept returns for accessories (wigs, masks, face paint, contact lenses, etc).

 

SHIPPING
We use Xend or LBC to ship within the country for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for the delays or liable for any lost or stolen packages once we hand your package to your chosen courier. If you encounter problems, feel free to send us an email and we will try to help you recover the items. 



PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash and credit cards at the store and bank deposits made directly to our bpi account online or via Paypal.  

 

SIZE CHART
Costume sizing is different than apparel, and varies among brands, which is why we do not have just one size chart available for all our costumes. Please consult the uploaded size chart included in the photo section of each costume before making a selection. 

If you want a costume but cannot find your size available on our website, please send us an email as we accept pre-orders and custom made orders, as well.
